| 1 Year of Support Services for 5 Incidents (an Incident is a single support issue with a LANDESK product and the reasonable effort needed to resolve it. Support Services include: 1) Email Support Services to submit issues and questions 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. 2) Telephone Support during Business Hours for Priority 1 (Very High Service Impact) issues 3) Eligible to access LANDESK's Support Service website (including knowledgebase, technical support whitepapers, critical patches and software fixes) 4) Eligible to access the Service Portal to initial and track support tickets. |
